Specs: Windows 2003 server, 2G
Trying to find out the local password for the server, the server is a DC and I can login to the domain, but when I log off there is not option for logon to (local or this computer)
HP told me I need to find out the local admin password and user name to get into one of the System management Home software installed on the server.

Once converted to a DC there is no local admin.

Call Hp and get a different tech. That one didn't know what he was talking about

You ever convert a server to a DC?
Did the administator password change from when you logged in before the DC conversion to afterward?

The answer is no.

uninstall and reinstall the HP software if you can't get into it.
