Specs: Windows 2003
Hi ,
I have VPN server (RRAS) installed on
windows 2003 .
1-How can I limit VPN users to one connection
per username .

2-I want user's password be expired 30 days
after first time he/she logged in . ( is it enough
to only change maximum password age to 30
days ) ?

1) You can limit concurrent connections via a tool called 'cconnect.exe' found in the resource kit. Read more here:
http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum...

2) You do this through the group policy, under the 'usual' place:
Computer configuration > Windows settings > Security settings > Account policies > Password policy.

Thanks for the reply .

About cconnect.exe it has been 3 days I am looking for it over
internet ., but I can't find . I just found limitlogin from Microsoft
which need Active Directory to be installed .

I have VPN server with about 100 users which I don't want to
allow them to connect with one username more than one
time.

About password expiry I knew the place , I just want to know
this maximum age starts from date of first login or date of
creation of username .

Thanks
