Junk mail on Server 2003 SP2

Specs: Windows Server 2003 (SBS), Dual Quad Core
Heya folks. We've got a 5 year old server 2003 box that previously had junk mail filtering disabled by a network consultant years back. We have a third party spam solution so there's no point to it. After doing a series of updates on the server, junk is being caught in Outlook 2007 junk folders on several workstations, even though "No automatic filtering" is checked locally on each workstation. Is there some type of setting that may be overriding this? Group policy, or active directory? Any pointers?

To configure Outlook 2007 settings using group policy you need to download and load the Outlook 2007 template [Outlk12.adm]

After adding the template, open the Group Policy Editor and navigate to
User Configuration\Administrative Templates\MicrosoftOutlook2007\OutlookOptions\Preferences\Junk E-mail.

Here you can choose to Hide Junk Mail UI, increase or decrease the Junk E-Mail Protection Level, or enable the option to Permanently Delete Junk E-Mail. Double-click an option to open its settings dialog.
