Joing PC to New DC..... Netowrk problem

Specs: Windows 2003
I have installed Windows 2003 and made it as
Domain. My domain name is home.local.
Having 2 NICs, 1st NIC IP: 192.168.2.102
2nd NIC IP:192.168.2.100
My PC with WinXP IP:192.168.2.103.
When I try to join the PC to domain... it is not
finding the Server.
I am having a peculier problem..
When I connect to 1st NIC...
I can ping the server from PC but not vise
versa

When I connect to 2nd NIC....
I can ping the PC from server but not vise
versa...

But in both cases I can remotely login from
both sides using the IP Addreses in RUN
windwo....

THE SERVER AND PC IS CONNECTED BY
A 8 PORT SWITCH IN A ISOLATED
NETWORK.

I wonder what was wrong.....

Please help me URGENT.

Don't connect two nics. You gain nothing. Disable one of them.

Post a ipconfig /all from your server for review

Sounds like windows firewall is blocking ICMP, or file and print sharing isnt allowed on the windows firewall.
