I have some systems running batch jobs at night that needs to send reports by email. How do I create account for that specific task?

There are a number of ways to do this.
Can you explain a little about how many users will be copied on these emails and if these users will need to send emails AS this email account?

If it's worth doing, it's worth doing right.

The Recepient update policy will stamp the account with the appropriate email address(s). Just create the user account/mailbox in ADUC as you would do normally. If you need to prevent the account from sending email outbound you will need to create a new routing group and add the user account to the delivery restrictions.
