Hi Guys ,

I would like to ask , How do I configure a combine DHCP, DNS server and AD in one server on Windows 2003 Server? Because our company has a limited budget, Can walk through how to setup these. I hope some will response soon.

You can have all those services running in a single machine, just try to have a decent machine to put them into it. The process is simple, install DHCP and configure it, then DNS and finally AD. Once you have your server up and running add the PCs to the Domain.

consider getting Small Business Server which has everything you need including exchange to run on one server.
