Specs: Windows server 2003
Hello,
I have a intel server that I'm trying to load windows 2003 server R2 on. everytime I try to install windows it comes up with an error saying " A problem has been detected and windows is shutting down to protect your computer". I've talked with Intel and they gave me a driver to install. My problem is that I cannot get to the windows install screen were you can chose to pick a folder to install custom drivers. how else can I get this driver installed with out a OS so I can install windows?

Press F6 when you see the message at bottom of screen "Press F6 to install third-party drivers"

I put the driver files on a thumb drive and plugged that into the USB. when I get to the "press F6 to install third-party drivers" it says it cannot find a floppy drive. Shouldn't that recognize the thumb drive?

will not recognize the thumb drive. If no floppy disk google slipstreaming the drivers into the 2003 cd.
