Downloading and using a copy of Server 2003 is illegal unless you have a legal product key. Any key that might provided in the download will not be legal.

There are plenty of copies available on eBay.

I never suggest someone buy an OS off of eBay unless they are very careful. If you do buy one off of eBay make sure it is a Volume License Key (VLK) because if it is any thing else, chances are the key has been installed too many times. Even if you get a Volume License Key it does not make it legal. You haft to do a VLK transfer through Microsoft to make it legal so if you are planning on using this in a company and you get audited you may be in some trouble. We buy all of our VLKs through a licensed distributor like Dell ASAP. Microsoft does not provide ASAP with ISOs though which sucks because you have to pay the $25 to buy the media in addition to the licenses.

P.S. You know you are not allowed to sell Microsoft Software on eBay because you do not own the software right? Only licensed distributors can sell software. You should read the EULA before you sell any software on eBay.

Good Luck with this.

My answer was slightly toungue-in-cheek, but I take your point. But I think we know what the OP meant by "i want windows server 2003 os cd how to download?". Given a choice of "downloading" Server 2003 or buying it off eBay I'd say the latter is the preferable option.

Of course the real answer is "buy a copy from an authorized Microsoft dealer". But that's obvious, so why is the OP asking?
