If your video card has it's own 64MB dedicated memory (eg if it's a separate video card that's removable) you'll have to change the video card and make sure the new one has enough memory as required by the game.

However, if the video-card is "integrated" on the motherboard it will alomost certainly not have it's own dedicated memory. Instead it uses memory provided by the installed RAM (shared memory). That setup applies to most laptops and a good many desktop PCs.

In such cases, you can usually go into the BIOS Setup and increase the amount of memory allocated to video (but there will be an upper limit beyond which you cannot go). This upper limit may or may not be sufficient for that particular game.

You must aso bear in mind that allocating more shared memory to video means less RAM is available for Windows & applications, so overall performance is likely to suffer. One way to counter that is to install more RAM.
