how to connect node server 2003 without hdd

Specs: Windows Server 2003 Enterprise, Intel Dual Core2.2GHZ/3GB of Ram
pls. help me how to connect server 2003 to client node machine. but node machine's are without hard disk. This node is boot from network through. node machine are mini pc's. please help me ........................

You need to setup terminal services on your Windows Server...

Gurunath N MIskin do be clear that there is a difference between "booting from the network" and "booting to the network".

Booting from the network would require a PXE boot in addition to terminal services on the server.
Booting to the network means your thin clients/mini pcs can boot themselves and then will connect to the server to then use TS/RDP services.
