If you wish to get anywhere with computers and networking a critical skill is knowing how to do an internet search. If you do not have this skill, now would be a good time to learn.

"frustrated can i get some tutorials"

I don't even think that is possible. There are so many ways to configure a Domain that there would be no way to put it into a tutorial. It is also assumed you understand basic networking before you setup a domain so to put that in a tutorial would be impossible.

I f you need advise on how to get into the networking and server field I would suggest you start with networking by learning about TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and so on. Then I would move onto Windows Domains (trees and forests), ACLs, GPOs, File Replication and so on. You are not going to learn this in 12 days. It took me a couple years to get a grasp on the basics and I am still learning. You might want to invest in one or more of those Windows Courses if you got the money.

Good Luck.
