To answer your question all the items you mention are hardware dependent. Your motherboard determines the amount of RAM it can handle. All modern boards can handle huge amounts of storage space and the OS can handle more than any current PC board can handle.

The version of Server 2003 would determine if you can access more than 4GB of RAM. All 32 bit versions can only utilize 4GB. 64 bit should be able to access all the board can handle.
