Group to allow install specific sofwtare

Hi all
i have configured a group ABCD .In this group i have added my organisation Pc support team member
and added this group to all our pc administrator group ...but now i want to allow some restriction on this group to install only limited software which we use in our organization..lick office ,antivirus etc ..we donot allow them to full access ...your suggestion required

Most places build client PC's for staff members from images.

If you've standardized on a particular make/mode (or make/models) then you simply create an image on one of the boxes that includes all the software required. Then when a new user starts, you image their PC and voila, all the software is there after installing the image.
