Directory not showing in locations

Specs: windows server 2003 R2, Xeon 3.0/ 4GB RAM
Dear All,
In a Domain(having 1 DC and 55 Clients PCs installed XP-SP2).
If I login in any client PC as Domain Admin and want to implemet some NTFS permissions on any Folder/Drive, I could not found neither Domain name in location nor Domain Users in user list. So due to this I can see local users only,Before few days I can see both users and Local Computer account and Directory structure.
anyone help

Check the domain controller > Event logs > security tab > to see if your clients are successfully logging on to the domain.
