Solved 'date' is not a valid date and time

Specs: Windows XP
my computer is using win2003. recently, i open a software and found the word above appeared,
someone tell me that it may be a date format problem, but i don't know how to change the date and time format in win2003 environment.can you kindly help me?

Usually you just double click on the time showing in systray and change it from there.

That message isn't very specific. When did you get it and where did it appear?

the problem has been solved by the help of one of my friend. some data format collecting by one software is not correct. but still thank your kindly response.
