Connectivity between Virtual Machines.

Specs: Windows Server 2003
We have installed a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise R2 on VMWare. There is an Windows XP Professional installation done on a Microsoft Virtual PC setup. How can we get the 2 Virtual Machines to communicate.

The Host Machine on which the Virtual Machines have been installed is part of a Corporate LAN.

We need to bypass the DHCP of the Corporate LAN, and have the Windows XP Virtual Machine pick up an IP Address from the Windows Server 2003 Virtual Machine?

Put them in the same VLAN. Failing that just give the XP a static IP address on the same network as the server. Assuming they are both on the same physical network.
