Configuring Outlook under Terminal Server

Specs: Win2003 Server, 3100/1024
Hi everybody,

am back with a short question.
running a windows 2003 terminal server.
Outlook 2000 also installed on it.
the default Email Format is set to .rtf and i
want to change it to .html, which theoratically
is also not complecated if i am logged in as
the domain administrator. but if i am logged in
as a normal user, the dropdown menu to
select the email format as html, is grayed out.
yes i know, the normal user has no rights to
change it. but even if i give a normal user the
admin rights, it is still grayed out. so there is
probably some way to enable this option for all
users, can anybody help me there with
something solid?
thanks in advance

Hi, I would suggest implementing this via a Group Policy. You may need to install an ADM file for Outlook / MS Office.

Hope this helps.
