Can't log in SBS 2003

Specs: Win SBS 2003
My employer was about to throw away our old server when I rescued it and brought it home for something to tinker with.

I turned it on and it won't let me log in because it's no longer connected to the domain. How to I work around this and get inside the OS?

I've done both, neither works. I know the un/pw, it's the same that we use on our current 2008 version servers.
