Cannot Raise Forest Functional Level

Specs: Windows Server 2003 Standard
We have a forest with 8 domains. I am responsible for 1 of the domains. The forest functional level cannot be raised. The error log states that the functional level of the domain I am responsible for needs to be updated to Windows 2000 native or Windows 2003. The problem is that my domain is already at Windows 2003! I have checked replication and all is working perfectly. There are 3 DCs in my domain and all are running Win 2003 Server Standard SP2. Any idea why the forest can't see that my domain is at Win 2003 DFL?

"The forest functional level cannot be raised."

I think you are confusing forest functional level with domain functional level. You appear to be in charge of the domain not the forest.

Perhaps this will help

Thanks for the response. A little more clarity on my part would probably help. They are trying to raise the FFL at main office. It is showing that my domain is the one causing the problems. I am just trying to see what could cause the forest to think my domain is not on 2003 DFL, when it is.

Your dns have the srv records?
Might want to run dcdiag /v to see if you have replication issues.
