Boot time - program requires user input

Microsoft Windows server 2003 enterprise

Specs: Windows Server 2003 SP1
We have a server that from time to time reboots and we can't find out why. Anyway, that is not the question.
After booting, some server programs must be started. One of them requires the user to click on a start button after loading. Is there a way to load this program at startup?
Thanks.

You would ask this question of the programs technical support.

You may find not addressing the reboot issue results in the server going down and not coming up again.

Thank you wanderer for your answer. I expected something as a recorder that could be played at startup.
We are installing SP2 now to see if we can deal with the reboot issue.

I haven't seen the macro recorder since Win3.1 :-) Used to love that program

Is this server exposed to the internet? You should be sp3 not 2 unless a app on the server has known issues with sp3.

Reason to talk to the app vendor is there maybe a switch on the program startup you can use to autologon or there is an inf entry for the program that would do the same.

Look at your event viewer logs after a reboot for clues. You may have a resource/memory leak which would require you to schedule/plan regular reboots to recover resources
