Automatic shut down of windows server 2003

Specs: Windows Server 2003
I have a Fujitsu Siemens Windows 2003 web server in my organization, which automatically shuts down every night at around 12am. The system event log gives the message:

Event Category: None

User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: POSEIDON

Shutdown Type: power off

Any tasks scheduled? Sounds like you are scheduling shutdown.exe

Another place to look is in the bios power settings for a scheduled shutdown.
