Hi guys my I've disabled my administrator account on my windows server 2003 standard to increase the security.I have another account with administrative privileges.but i forgot to give the account remote desktop access and when i try to log on from the server i get "The local system policy does not allow you to log on interactively".When i try to boot the server in to safe mode it restarts automatically. i can gain access only via Domain Service Restore Mode....Please help me as i am desperate at the moment.
Thanks in advance
Hi ganesank123,
Thanks for your quick response, I really appreciate it. Terminal services are enabled on the server by the way the server is domain controller as well. The problem is that I don’t know how to re enable administrator account or how to add the secondary administrator account to “Remote Desktop Users” so that I ca log on to the server. Also when I try to log on strait from the server with the secondary administrator account I get message: “the local system policy does not allow you to log on interactively”. Please advice
Many Thanks
correction: i have no administrator account apart from the disabled one! is there a chanse to enable it..?
