Windows 2000 is no longer supported by Adobe.

The last supported version is (10,1,102,64).

Archived Flash Player versions:

You need to download (I've included visual links after each step):

When you have downloaded the file, extract and double-click "fp_10.1.102.64_and_9.0.289.0_archive". (http://sdfox7.com/flash10_1.bmp)

Then double click the "Flash Player" folder. (http://sdfox7.com/flash10_2.bmp)

Then double-click "10_1r102_64" (not DEBUG folder). (http://sdfox7.com/flash10_3.bmp)

Then execute "flashplayer10_1r102_64_win.exe" (for Firefox) (should be the 3rd from the last). (http://sdfox7.com/flash10_4.bmp)

If you use Internet Explorer then execute the very last file, ActiveX, "flashplayer10_1r102_64_winax". (http://sdfox7.com/flash10_5.bmp)
