Hi, I'm trying to install Win2k Pro on a relatively new mobo (2 y.o.) with a 80GB HD. Near the end of the format it says there is a problem with the HD and I should make another partition or something like that. Anybody knows what's this??
The error occured during the format procedure (in NTFS). As much as I recall it says format of the disk failed and suggests to use another partition. Sorry, I don't remember the exact wording. Maybe there was a problem with the HD but it's brand new. I'll check it up with the manufacturer's utility. I posted because someone told me that Win2k cannot see such a big disk but I see that is not the case.
