Specs: Windows 2000
I have users on Windows 2000 with IE6 and some websites are using certificates signed by untrusted root CA's (GeoTrust). I've found that an optional update through MS updates fixes this (Root Certificates Update). However we are using Patchlink to push out this update so need the source files for it. There doesn't seem to be any files or documentation to download. This is the info I get from the update -

Any ideas?

You can always install the certificate manually, or by group policy. Go to the root provider's web site (GeoTrust) and find their root certificates, download them, and install them.

Thanks that fixes it for a single pc.

Now for deploying it via GPO, I'm following but the "Trusted Root Certification Authorities" folder doesn't appear for Windows 2000 pc's.

Note: This is not in an Active Directory environment but can deploy GPO's via Zenworks.
