-Press CTRL, ALT and DEL at the same time
-Click on Task Manager
-Go to Processes tab
-Click on the "CPU" tab, do it until you see the process using 80-98% cpuThis should give you a name of the process. Google it to find out what program it is linked to, and what fixes there are available for it
For a short term fix, you can end the process and your CPU will return to normal, but when you reboot it is likely to return
