I have w-2000 microsoft outlook 2000 sp3 my issue is my status bar at bottom does not display when sending or receiving mail. I have looked all over, I do have a statat bar that states how many mail/unread but the right side is blank when go to send/receive. I never have a progress box pop up showing, like when i used outlook express. When i click tools send/receive there is only an internet mail selection, no options to check. any suggestions

Tools, Send/Receive, Send/Receive Settings, Show Progress

FYI, in future, Outlook questions should be posted in the Office Software Forum.

I haven't worked with that old version in over 8 years, so I don't remember the setting exactly. Did you type show progress in Help?
