triste March 30, 2011 at 02:46:06 Specs: Windows NT
when I boot up computer it wont read both cd drives or my processor hard drive and no floppy. then I pick f-1 I have the opiton windows 95 or windows 2000 professtional,I pick f-8 trouble shooting for win 2000. any command I pick it shows to restore press \r\ at first start to begin repair and I have lost or corupt files.
Perhaps the hard drive is failing. Seagate provides a disk utility called sea tools which can test the drive. It is possible the failing drive is corrupting startup files so windows no longer loads. It could be a board failure, it seems this is a fairly old unit.
