What version of Outlook? Do you see the other header information?

Jennifer;
Thanks for the reply . I had thought that I pulled this request, as there is an existing answer in a prior discussion. The answer is to open or create a new message, then select "view " from the top bar, then "message Header" . That's it. You can close whatever you opened and if by magic, Outlook will remember this and the next time you go to create a message, the CC, Subject et al will be there.

That's correct depending on the version of Outlook. :)
