How to open ntx files on windows 2000

Specs: Win 98 - to - XP Files, 150 - 1700 Mhz 1,5GB
What program do i need to download to open old file extensions like 'NTX or ARJ - MDB & DBF!???

My system runs on Win '98

And i try to overboot it to my XP SP2 (from my 98 to my new XP PC)

Is there somebody who can help me??

You may find some help here:

".ntx" appears to be a Clipper database file
".arj" is a compressed file (using ARJ)
".mdb" is a Microsoft Access file
".dbf" is a standard database file (all the way back to dBase)

,ntx is the index of dBase tyoe data file .dbf used by Clipper and FoxPlus
