xps x521l no more touchscreen, nvidia gt 640m won't load...

Specs: Windows 10, i7 16GB Dell XPS X521L
Windows 10 Pro, Dell XPS X521L i7, 16GB Ram, 500GB Evo mSata... I updated my friends laptop, and now his touchscreen doesn't work, and his Nvidia graphics won't load at all. The "Human Input Devices" spot is gone entirely from the Device manager, and there is no "Unknown USB" driver to screw with in hopes of solving it... I've searched for hours, everyday for more than a week, as I feel totally responsible for this, as I volunteered to update his older laptop to make things easier.

I've been in so many forums, and support sites, but nothing that I've read has brought me any closer to resolving this problems.

First go to Dell site and using the model number and Service Tag Number search out the correct drivers for the system, The go to NVidia site for the latest driver for the graphics. Download each and install them. Start with the chipset drivers and go down the list from there. What may have happened is that either Windows update replaced the drivers with what it expected were the correct drivers or an update rendered the original drivers useless. Either way the latest proper drivers should fix all.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I can vet these logs for you.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it onto your Desktop. If your default download location is not the Desktop, drag it out of it's location onto the Desktop.

If we have to run Farbar more than once, refer this SS.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
Press Scan button.
It will make a log (FRST.txt) on the Desktop.
The first time the tool is run, it makes also another log (Addition.txt) on the Desktop.
The logs are large, upload them using one of these. No time delays/Captcha-I'm not a Robot/account/registration needed. Give us the links please.
