Windows Live Mail's SNAP does not obey Global setting

Specs: Windows 10, 4Gb
SNAP can be unticked in the context menu of the title bar AND there is a global option in Settings, Multitasking, SNAP. Having turned it off globally, I find that new emails still have Snap ticked ! How to make W.L.M.'s SNAP 'obey' the global setting ? - I run Win10 v1703, 32bit.

Snap location in the Title Bar Context Menu and in Multitasking ? I could provide those, if there was an Upload option.

" if there was an Upload option"
I've already given you that option.

OK sorry - it seemed to be about CAPTCHA so the significance escaped me.
The link or URL you must send to the recipient(s) of your file(s) is:
http://www.fileconvoy.com/dfl.php?i...

The file(s) that can be retrieved with the above link is (are):

Titlebar.PNG (19.65 KB)
Multitasking.PNG (19.103 KB)

The file(s) will be available on the server for the next 5 days.

The two snaps shots I sent showed exactly that
1. That GLOBALLY 'snap' is OFF
2. That in the context menu of the title bar, it is STILL ticked.

I had already turned SNAP off in Multitasking - your first URL; and also what your second URL suggests.

"I had already turned SNAP off in Multitasking - your first URL"
You haven't, leave it on.

Turn this off.
When I snap a window, show what I can snap next to it

I left it on (although I do NOT want ANY Snap option) and turned off the 'show what I can snap next to it'.
There was NO improvement.
