Windows 10 Screensaver doesn't activate

Specs: Windows 10Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393, Processor AMD A4-5000 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics, 1500 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s)
My Windows 10 screensaver is set to use the pics on a network connected PC. Setup is normal and preview shows the Pic but screensaver never activates

The fact that you mentioned it is a networked PC leads me to think that the pictures are stored on a network drive?

If so, either download the pictures to your local C drive or check the power settings on the network card. It may go into power save mode when the screensaver kicks in and turns off the network card.

It could also be a group policy set by the administrators that keep the screen saver from activating, although this seems unlikely.

I found a posting that suggested disabling any HID device driver that I didn't use. I disabled the driver for the "HID compliant whiteboard". Fixed the problem! Screensaver back in operation!
