The reason that you are having an issue large enough to be logging into Diagnostic Start Up would be very helpful background information at the very least.
Can you log into Windows 10 normally?
Can you boot into Safe Mode?

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Try this boot disk, CD first, if that won't boot, try the thumb drive method.

Hi...Really Thanks for helping.
I be bit detail...
I was trying to stop some startup applications and some services as my Laptop was very slow (Disk usage was showing almost 100%). After I stopped some services (I am not sure which ones), I have also started the PC in "Diagnostic Startup".
Prior to this my login was working and all good except so slow.
Right after the restart in "Diagnostic Startup", the login password stopped working..."incorrect password"..
Also since it is started in "Diagnostic Startup, it wasn't connected to the network (This shouldn't be an issue?).
1. I tried to restart with Shift+Restart to go to "Recovery Startup" as suggested by some other sites. However, the Laptop stays booting (Kind of stuck with just very dim light on monitor). After of couple of minutes it powered down.

2. I have tried other methods too, like booting in USB (Hiren's boot USB), Repair Startup....all this ends up the system booting up and kind of hangs in booting state. But for these cases the system didn't shout down.

All you can do is keep trying everything we suggest.
