Specs: Linux x86_64
I have a bootmanager (AiR-BOOT), Ubuntu 18.04 and ArcaOS 5 installed on my laptop.
How do I install windows 10 without destroying existing partitions on the same disk ?

You will have to set aside a reasonably large partition for Windows to install on or add another drive entirely. The partition will preferrably need to be RAW or at least NTFS, preferrably partitioned GPT though MBR can still be used. Note that when you install Windows 10 (or any version of Windows) you need to unplug any hard drives that are not the one you are installing it on. Also note that Windows will overwrite the boot manager if it is on a drive that is plugged in. If you are using a single drive then you will have to reinstall your boot manager after Windows is installed to get all of your operating systems working again. If it is on a drive you can unplug then once Windows is installed, you just point your BIOS to boot to that drive/boot manager and add Windows 10 to its list of operating systems.
I have not done a multi boot with Windows 10 but is should differ little from their prior ones in this aspect (others will soon pop in and add their opinions on this aspect).

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
