If you didn't back it up before taking it in, it's most likely gone. You should discuss it with the "computer service".

What browser are you using, Internet Explorer, Edge, or something else?

If you can find it on any browser there is a chance it can be imported. If you are using Edge the type Internet Explorer in Search and when it shows click on it and see if that contains your Favorites.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I believe that Edge (the new 'e' browser) can import your 'stuff' from Internet Explorer (the old 'e' browser) fairly easily. If you did (or had someone do) and upgrade to W10 and your prior browser was Internet Explorer, it is still there hidden but it is better to import your favorites and settings rather than using the old browser. You can also install another browser like Firefox and import IE settings and favorites to that as well.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Yep, Edge imported favorites on my three machines. I gave a choice about which browser to import them from too.

EDIT:
If they are there somewhere it might still be possible to import them.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
