Windows 10 boot up issue.

Specs: Windows 10, 2.00GHz
One very crisp morning I was playing counter strike global offensive on my Lenovo Edge 15 which has Windows 10 and everything was running well until my computer randomly froze. So I decided to shut my computer off and turn it back on. When I turned it back on it gave me a little box in the middle of my screen and it says
Boot Menu/App Menu
1. Windows boot manager
2. ATA HDD: DISK
3. PCI LAN: EFI Network (IPv4)
4. PCI LAN: EFI Network (IPv6)
And when I click on any of these options in the boot menu tab, my screen goes black for a few seconds and then returns me back to the same screen. But when I go to the App Menu it gives me 2 options. 1. Setup and 2. Diagnostic Splash. Setup brings me to all my computers specs and settings and the Diagnostic one leads to basically nothing.
So... Can anyone help?

Sounds like your hard drive died. Run the diagnostic.
