Win10 Pro 1809 - Update Control Options Missing

March 30, 2019 at 22:10:53
Specs: Windows 10
In Settings > Windows Update > Advanced Options, I used to see options to select Semi-Annual Channel (Targeted or not), and the number of days to delay security updates and feature updates. For some reason, since I upgraded to version 1809, those options are absent, even when running Settings as Admin. All I see now, in Advanced Options, are choices to update other MS products when updating Windows, to automatically download over metered connections, and to show a notification when a restart is required. Any ideas how I lost those options and how to get them back?

Hmm. That article says the change will be effective in version 1903. But I have 1809.

MS probably sneaked it in on one of their updates. I feel that they have been too heavy handed on their handling of Windows 10, especially the updating, forced restarts, etc.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

I agree with Fingers. MS article was for Business Deployment. They are probably given more head ups than consumer/ individual users.

In a brief search, I'm not yet seeing any confirmation that this behavior has in fact been implemented in 1809. Can anyone point me to a source in support?
