Solved Why wont Win10 start when USB wireless keyboard is attached

Specs: Windows 10, i7, 8gb ram
I am having a very strange problem. I believe this occurred after a update but that is not for certain. My problem starts when I boot the computer and it shows that Windows is loading with a spinning circle. It then goes to a black screen and continues to spin for hours unless I remove the wireless keyboard which is attached to the back USB. When I remove it, Windows automatically starts. But when I plug it back in the USB wont work in Windows. I would have to keep it off , boot the computer and then plug it in for it to work... This might be the most strange problem I have ever come across in computers. I am a certified tech but I have no idea what to do in this situation. Please help me...Thank you

See if this M$ item is of any help... a wifi keyboard (usb-adapter) plugged in is in a way "active"...

and possibly this slightly dated article explains why it's happening...
