Solved Why not Enable Enhanced Protected Mode ?

Specs: several
In Windows 10 Internet Options, Advanced tab, the
checkboxes for "Enable Enhanced Protected Mode" and
"Enable 64-bit processes for Enhanced Protected Mode"
are both unchecked by default. Anyone know why?

Don't really get why they disabled it too, but i guess for "annoyance reasons"; having to click allow on pretty much every page.
