Solved Why I have Restart problem after a certain Windows 10 update

Specs: Windows 10 v 2004, I7-4790 3,6GHz/16gigs
I cannot restart my desktop only by pulling the power plug out and after a while pushing back the plug and starting the PC.

Or,
Windows 10 mouse/blank screen/random shutdown/reboot problems.
Start > Control Panel > Power Options > Balanced > Change plan settings > Change advanced power settings > PCI Express > Link State Power Management, try the Off setting.

Did you force it or was it offered?

Rollback to the previous version & see if that fixes it.

Shutting down is not a problem. I cannot RESTART the PC.

Thank You, your hint partially helped. The problem disappeared, when I changed the Power options from Balanced to Power oriented. I hope it will work for a long time.
