The screen does not load at all and jumps straight into "Boot Menu" and "App Menu". I am not shure if it has anything to do with it, but it says in the Diagnostic Splash that the BIOS and the Video are shadowed.
According to Lenovo's Windows 10 Upgrade website, the IdeaPad U410 is not supported (it doesn't appear in the supported models list here): https://support.lenovo.com/gb/en/do...
As you can see, the S410 is supported but the U410 isn't listed.
If you scroll up to the top of the page (or press the 'Home' key) you'll see this:
"Date: Oct 02, 2015"
"Lenovo supported systems list for Windows 10 Upgrade.
If your system is not listed, it hasn’t been tested for Windows 10 upgrade and is not supported"
That may account for your problem.
With laptops especially, you are supposed to check the manufacturer's website before you upgrade it to Windows 10.

However my Lenovo X220 was also not shown as supported for Win 10 but the upgrade was OK using Windows drivers. Others have done this too but I accept it is a bit of a lottery. Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
Derek - It looks like you have more than one computer. If they all are in the same room (house), did you know you could use any one of the computers to work on all others (4 max) if you use Microsoft Garage Mouse without Borders. More info here
