Model of hp printer; which browser(s) are you using to presumably view and the print content?

Presumably you are referring to news sites or similar off the web?

I have found occasions too when a given site will not print the full page - only say the header or headlines. I think that is a deliberate "not allowed" option for some sites?

Be aware that this site is populated by volunteers from all over the globe; different time-zones etc.. The various members come and go here at different times. Sometimes one has to wait a wee while to get a reply and/or useful input from whomever... People login as and when they can.

Some solutions:

Sometimes all it takes is to highlight the areas you want to print, then go to File>Print and choose the "Print Selected" option. Then OK the print.

If the above does not work, this is a sure way that will always work but takes more steps:
Make sure you can see all of the test area on your screen, use "Control - " to zoom out if necessary. Open Windows Snipping Tool (I keep it pinned to the task bar), click 'New' and Highlight the exact area you want to print. Use Save As and place it on your desktop and make a simple name for it. Close Snipping Tool and open the file you just created in Windows Picture Viewer. Print it from there as a full page and you will get exactly what you selected as a snap shot. Delete the file if you do not need to save it or move it to an appropriate location for saving (Documents, etc). Please note that Snipping tool only in Windows 10 (not before) does have the option to print it but only on a small image will it print on a single page currently. Maybe some day MS will perfect it. For now we have to make due.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
