Why do I have Personal folder backups with system restore?

Specs: Win10, i3 / 16gb
Does anyone know why folders’ previous versions gets updates on every folder when a system restore point is created? I have tried everything to stop it. It’s making shadow copies only on folders during a regular system restore which should only backup system files and not effect personal files. In all other windows computers this never happened to me but I can’t change it in this two Windows 10s I have. If you know a way to keep system restore points running and disabling previous versions only on folders please let me know. I have checked properties on this pc and I have no options to change anything except disabling restore.
