Solved Why do I get Invalid MS-DOS function message in Windows 10?

Specs: Windows 10, 16 GB 64-bit, x64
I keep getting Invalid MS-DOS function when I attempt to move documents from the desktop to folders previously created.

If Johnw suggestion does not help and if the folders you previously created is on an external storage drive, try disable (temporarily) Write-Caching on that drive. See http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorial...
