You need to update adriver for it, as likely native win-10 doesn't include it.

This link takes you to the genuine realtek site from where you can download it.

Whenever you need drivers always go either to support/downloads section of the manufacturer of your computer and check there first.

If the driver you require isn't there then go the site for the manufaturer of the device itself.

Never go the third-party downloads sources, or avail/use so called driver finder sites (which frequently scan your system and con you into installing all manner jnk and so on)

Also don't use all capitals when posting. use capitals where grammatically required.

ALl CAPITALS is considered to be shouting, and is also harder to read... Many people simp,y ignore all capitals posts...

Appreciate though that sometimes one can feel like shouting when phrustrayted by the problem and no apparent solution to hand...

Of course, this will happened when you upgrade your system. So do not worry about this. When you upgrade your system, some of hardware drivers will be updated, some will be incompatible and some will be missing. Obviously, your usb card reader driver is missing.

You can download it from Realtek official site and following the installation guide to install it or use device manager to help you.
