Hello Everyone, Can you share your thoughts on this....if you're already using any software or if you know which one is the best to suit for cleaning junk files present on the computer?

try CCleaner / JetClean you can also use WinDirStat to find large files you didnt know about which the above cleaners dont find.
(old iphone backups or software updates which were not removed)

With Win 10 I have found very little cleaning is necessary in terms of optimization, I only use CCleaner.
If your computer is working fine then just leave it alone. Remember that unused files which are not running make no difference to performance. They just take up space which matters little if you have a large HD.
