You'd have to ask the owner of the VPN you're trying to access

Thank you kindly Razor2.3. Clearly I'm not a techie hahahaha. You know, ever since I switch over to windows 10, I have no idea what I'm doing :( When I had the windows 8 or 9, as soon as started my pc, the vpn would automatically start ....... I miss those days.
Sorry about the rant ...... thanks once again.

There is no such version as Windows 9 and if your VPN started automatically with your old version of Windows, you would have head to set that up to do so.

You're absolutely right THX 1138 ....... no windows 9 (told you I'm nowhere close to being a techie haha). And you're also right on your second point ..... when I had windows 8, I did, in fact, download my VPN on my pc. It downloaded easily ...... took a couple of minutes. As soon as I got windows 10, all hell broke loose. Thanks for your response.

You can put a shortcut to the vpn program in your startup folder, that way it will start just like it did for you in Windows 8.
