Solved What is the problem?

Specs: Windows 10 pro 1809, Cpu Pentium D 3.40Ghz..Ram 4 GB
My motherboard is ASUSTek P5B..I want to boot from a usb drive..but my motherboard doesn' show the usb drive at the drive priority?

Your BIOS may not support that option.

At boot, press the F8 button on your keyboard to pull up the boot options menu. You should then be able to boot from USB.

Your board is 10-12 years old. It may not support booting from USB. Have you ever updated the BIOS? It looks like the initial BIOS is from 2006 but the latest is from 2014, so maybe USB boot was added in one of the updates over the years. What is it you're trying to boot into? Why can't you boot from a CD or DVD instead?

Read the article I linked to, that board does support it, you just need to turn off Quick Boot.
