Specs: Windows 10 x64
I got a work to create a project of compound bridge in AutoCAD 2018. I almost done this job, but in the end of my work, when I opened .dwg, AutoCAD viewed me a message DWG file hangs or crashes AutoCAD. Now I can't continue my work, I have only two or three days till the end of my project.

First Restart your computer (NOT shut down and start up, Restart in Windows 10 clears things that shutting down maintains and reopens).
Next Run Malwarebytes and remove all it finds.
Then Run ADWCleaner and remove all it finds.
Then do Disk Clean Up or run CCleaner.
Use CCleaner also to manage start up programs.
Restart again.
Try opening the file again.
(I am assuming that you have enough memory and graphics capabilities to run it well)
If still having problems, list system specs and all details of the problem including if you have worked with this particular file before without issues.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Hopefully, do were regularly saving your work as you progressed?

I believe that Autocad does auto-save but the smart ones periodically save progress versions of the work so there is the current working model and a few incremental versions that are mostly completed, especially when they are just revisions on a mostly completed job.
I also recommend saving copies to a server or external drive in case of a drive failure or bad infection, at least daily.
